At Bella & Bloom, we strive to deliver your handcrafted candles in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. All standard shipping orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7–8 business days across India.
If your order is cancelled before being shipped, or if it is lost or undelivered to your chosen address, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges (if paid online).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
If cancelled before shipment, no charges apply.
If cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be liable to pay forward and return shipping charges, as informed during cancellation.
If you return a delivered order, return-shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
For accounts with a high rate of returns or refusals, a flat deduction of ₹149 will apply, in line with our Fair Usage Policy (outlined below).
We work hard to create a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. However, we’ve identified patterns of return abuse where a high percentage of orders are either returned or refused at delivery.
To ensure fair access to our products for genuine customers, Bella & Bloom reserves the right to:
Deduct ₹149 for excessive return behavior
Disable Cash on Delivery for accounts showing repeated returns or undelivered shipments
This policy helps us maintain a better experience for our valued community.
All orders from Bella & Bloom are dispatched via our trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Xpressbees, FedEx, and Blue Dart. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
If your order arrives with missing items, signs of tampering, or is an empty/void packet, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this time frame, we may be unable to process a claim.
in case of replacement/exchange it will be delivered within 5-7 days post approval.
To assist in the investigation, we may request:
A short description of the issue
Photographs of the outer packaging, inner box, and contents
A clear image of any visible tampering or damage
Important:
Do not use the product for which the claim is being raised.
Retain the full packaging (including outer box) for 3–4 days after delivery.
Refunds (for prepaid or COD) will be processed after our investigation is complete.
Once approved, all the refunds will be processed
We reserve the right to decline refunds for the following:
Incomplete information or lack of photographic proof
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
Items used before raising a claim
Disposal of packaging before review
In case of any Refunds approved by the Bella and Bloom, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be credited to the end customer.
